These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bajee app ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the violation. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bajee app makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bajee app serves players in Bangladesh and acknowledges the laws and regulations applicable to online entertainment services accessible from that jurisdiction.
